Bozzuto Homes is staffed to provide the best possible service response to our customers. The staff strives to ensure that every customer is happy and fully satisfied with their new home purchase. A key responsibility of the service department is interacting with our customers from the very start of construction. We work closely with the construction staff to verify that quality control concerns we observe are addressed as the home is being built.
Some important features of our outstanding warranty service are:
• Participation in the customer Pre-Settlement Event and Pre-Drywall Orientation
• Performing quality control inspections of new homes and any surrounding common areas, making the necessary repairs and/or replacements to ensure that all homes and other property areas meet design specifications and Bozzuto's standards for excellence
• Providing on time, courteous and professional service on our appointments
• Attending meetings with the Homeowners Association to facilitate a smooth transition and address any building concerns.
• Perform a 1 year Bozzuto Final Inspection appointment
• Our Warranty Coordinators in the main office personally respond to your service calls.
• A team of experienced Bozzuto Warranty Service Technicians complete with fully equipped Bozzuto Warranty Service vans to address your concerns
• A 24 hour emergency response program.
