THE BOZZUTO GROUP MAKES LIST OF THE “BEST PLACES TO WORK”
IN THE GREATER WASHINGTON REGION

The Bozzuto Group has been recognized as one of the “Best Places to Work” in the greater Washington region by the Washington Business Journal.

The publication honored the area’s 50 best at a special awards program held June 10th. More than 650 attended the event that celebrated the companies’ achievements in “creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees through a combination of employee satisfaction, working conditions and company culture.”

The publication launched its search for the Best Places to Work in February with an invitation to employees throughout the region to nominate their companies. More than 230 companies were nominated, representing virtually every business sector. Employees from each of the nominated companies were then asked to participate in an online satisfaction survey. The quantitative questions explored opinions about the organization, managers, co-workers, and jobs. Participants were also invited to enter general comments anonymously.

Results were tallied and companies were judged in four categories: “Small” companies; “Medium” companies; “Large, locally-based” organizations, and “Large, non-local headquarters.”

The top 50 overall were then named: ten companies were recognized in the small and medium categories; 15 in each of the two “larger” groups. The Bozzuto Group was one of 15 “locally-based large companies.” All of the organizations were profiled in a special supplement in the June 10th edition of the Washington Business Journal.
