Greenbelt, Maryland…Bozzuto Development Company has announced the promotion of Steve Strazzella to Senior Vice President. Mr. Strazzella will expand on his role of overseeing development responsibilities for sourcing deals, seeking land entitlements, and executing a variety of multi-family development opportunities.
“Steve has been a terrific mentor to our developers and has become an invaluable asset to our company,” said Toby Bozzuto, Executive Vice President of Bozzuto Development.
Mr. Strazzella is overseeing the development of more than 1,500 units of apartments, including The Delancey at Shirlington Village, a new three building community in Arlington, Virginia , and the Apartments at Annapolis Towne Centre in Annapolis, Maryland.
Active in the real estate and construction industry since 1989, Steve is a member of the Washington Real Estate Group, the District of Columbia Building Industry Association, and the Urban Land Institute’s Washington, D.C. District Council. He has a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from The Catholic University of America.
