BOZZUTO PROPERTY MANAGER RECEIVES LEADERSHIP AWARD

Greenbelt, MD.....Bozzuto Management Company announced today that Lauren Coshatt, Property Manager at The Lexington at Market Square in Washington D.C., received the American Express Leadership Spotlight Award for 2007, which recognizes leaders in property management industry. Lauren was selected based on her creative approach to customer service and the exceptional results she’s received in sales and resident retention.

The innovative customer service programs Lauren has implemented include resident functions every month at a different restaurant in area, ice cream socials, dry-cleaning valet, birthday cards and anniversary cards and gifts and a “Pet of the Month Club” where a deserving pet wins a doggie day spa gift certificate.

Lauren served as the Property Manager at The Lexington for 1 year and managed a staff of 12 at this 135-unit property. This property consistently maintains a high occupancy and receives superlative scores from its residents in the Bozzuto Annual Resident Satisfaction Survey.

Prior to serving as Property Manager for The Lexington, Lauren was a Roving Leasing Consultant for the D.C. Metropolitan area. She was then promoted to Assistant Property Manager at The Lexington in 2005 before taking over her responsibilities as Property Manager in 2006. She recently assumed the position of Property Manager at Concord, a 412-unit luxury apartment community in Arlington, VA.
