Gibson's Grant is an upscale TND (Traditional Neighborhood Design) waterfront community of 280 lots on the Macum and Piney Creeks designed around the historic Gregory Mansion on Kent Island, Maryland. The community contains a mixture of residential and other uses including abundant land preservation acresfor wildlife and water fowl. It is being developed in a join venture between Bozzuto Land Company, Elm Street, Koch Homes and a local investor. Land development work is underway.

Odenton Town Center is a Transit Oriented Design community in partnership with Osprey Development Company, Reliable Contractin, Anne Arundel County and the Maryland State Highway Administration. The project is scheduled to consist of 572 apartment homes and condominiums, 255 townhomes and single family homes, 60 affordable homes for seniors, 75000 square feet of retail space and 3500 commuter parking spaces at the Marc sation in the historic district of Odenton. Expecting to break ground in 2009.
